About The Position

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
  • 1–3 months of related experience helpful but not required — we’re willing to train the right person
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Comfortable working on your feet and staying active throughout your shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and work around equipment

Responsibilities

  • Pressure wash trucks and heavy equipment to keep our fleet looking professional and operating safely
  • Move trucks safely between parking areas and wash bay
  • Support mechanics by picking up parts and assisting around the shop
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash bay area
  • Complete basic paperwork and service records
  • Raise truck cabs/bodies when needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and DOT regulations
  • Jump in to help with other shop duties as needed
