About The Position

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
1–3 months of related experience helpful but not required — we’re willing to train the right person
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong work ethic and reliability
Comfortable working on your feet and staying active throughout your shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and work around equipment

Responsibilities

Pressure wash trucks and heavy equipment to keep our fleet looking professional and operating safely
Move trucks safely between parking areas and wash bay
Support mechanics by picking up parts and assisting around the shop
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash bay area
Complete basic paperwork and service records
Raise truck cabs/bodies when needed
Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and DOT regulations
Jump in to help with other shop duties as needed
