Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- 1–3 months of related experience helpful but not required — we’re willing to train the right person
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working on your feet and staying active throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and work around equipment
Responsibilities
- Pressure wash trucks and heavy equipment to keep our fleet looking professional and operating safely
- Move trucks safely between parking areas and wash bay
- Support mechanics by picking up parts and assisting around the shop
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash bay area
- Complete basic paperwork and service records
- Raise truck cabs/bodies when needed
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and DOT regulations
- Jump in to help with other shop duties as needed
