About The Position

We offer a 4 -10 hour a day schedule positions. Truck Upfitting Technician Responsibilities: Install ladder racks on trucks Install spraying equipment in trucks Operate a hydraulic vehicle lift Install other aftermarket parts on trucks Hand assemble and inspect product Package products Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain a clean work environment Build equipment to customers specs Requirements: Are you dependable? Flex time may be available? Self Starter with little supervision. Travel and overnights stay will be required. Do you have good hand-eye coordination? Do you have basic hand tool experience? Do you have experience in manufacturing and assembling, because it is preferred? Do you have a high school diploma or equivalent is required? Do you have Forklift experience, because it is a plus? Can you lift 65 pounds? Do you have sunny outlook on life? Can you work autonomously to complete tasks? Do you have a consistent work history and a great work ethic? Will you pass a background check? This is an hourly position with company rev share program available after 90 days. We specialize in building spraying equipment for the softwashing and pest control industry. We offer paid training; all tools are provided. PTO time available after 90 days. Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour SoftWash Systems is a Mathew 25 company that actively seeks to nurture and co brand with new and existing entrepreneurs to help them build soft washing businesses throughout the world.
