Night Shift Truck Loadout Operator
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate truck loadout equipment to ensure efficient and accurate loading of materials. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment. Monitor and control the flow of materials to meet production targets. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and operational standards are met. Document and report any operational issues or discrepancies.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to extreme weather.
