About The Position

NOVO's wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless, single source distribution system. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes. Novo Health Services in DuBois PA is seeking a Truck Loader. The truck loader works on the dock and is responsible for executing and supporting daily truck loading and unloading operations with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and safety. This role requires strong operational knowledge, consistency, and the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with Production and Distribution to ensure on-time, complete deliveries. This is a 2nd shift position working 4-10hr days.

Requirements

  • Consistent, reliable attendance
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Strong understanding of dock operations, safety practices, and load accuracy requirements.
  • Stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
  • Frequent lifting/carrying of 20–50 lbs and pushing/pulling loads exceeding 100 lbs.
  • Regular bending and reaching above shoulder level.
  • Work primarily in temperatures above 60°F with occasional exposure to cooler conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Truck Loader or similar warehouse/dock role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Load trucks accurately and in delivery order by account, including trucks with multiple deliveries.
  • Maintain dock, cart clean room, clinic area, and overall work area organization.
  • Follow all established safety, quality, and load-securing procedures.
  • Maintain dock cleanliness and ensure work areas meet safety standards.
  • Support regular attendance expectations and meet established productivity standards.
