Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Associate's Degree or Higher preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain records of rented units’ odometer readings and update billing appropriately.
  • Maintain all trip records in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Manage toll violations for lease and rental vehicles.
  • Coordinate with salesmen to compile and complete contract paperwork for new leases.
  • Gather appropriate data including an approved quote, the Federal Excise Tax, and the proper sales form for the sale process.
  • Compile and submit documentation to obtain proper business funding.
  • Ensure all lease and rental vehicles have the proper licenses plates as well as supporting documentation.
  • Schedule and pay appropriate taxes. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all parties are aware of payments, claims, and credits.
  • Complete ACH forms with account balance for payment.
  • Oversee the repair process when a vehicle is damaged.
  • Maintain and manage the unit list used to track data and usage of all rentals.
  • Document the Maintenance Department’s fuel usage.
  • Maintain customer rapport by answering questions and concerns.
  • Collect data and prepare reports in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Review and explain invoices to customers.
  • Maintain customer service files and ensure they are readily available for reference.
  • Coordinate with other departments to troubleshoot as necessary.
  • Manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
