About The Position

Under direction of Construction Manager, provide support to soil excavation
activities including loading trucks and transport soil for stockpile/disposal,
then transport backfill for site restoration and revegetation. May be required
to assist in general labor duties. Truck Drivers will be paid federal prevailing
wage for work performed.

Project Description: Residential remedial excavation and backfill of 40
properties, metals contaminated soils.

The base company wage for the CDL Truck Driver position is $35.00 per hour.
However, for this project, the CDL Truck Driver position will be paid the
Federal prevailing wage for work performed.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range
for this position is $35 per hour. Compensation depends on several factors
including: experience, education, key skills, geographic location of the
position, client requirements, external market competitiveness, and internal
equity among other employees within APTIM.

Requirements

• Civil Construction and/or environmental work experience
• Must live within daily commute of Jackson, CA
• No Felonies
• Clean driving record with valid license
• Dependable transportation and cell phone
• Able to pass drug screen and physical
• CDL
• Tank endorsement

Nice To Haves

• OSHA HAZWOPER Preferred

Responsibilities

• Use of Dump trucks (12-15 yd) and Water Trucks (2k)
• Operate trucks in safe manner in residential communities
• Will before labor tasks
• Ability to work in team environment in safe and productive manner
• Be safe and professional while working in residential communities
