What You'll DoAs an Operations Support employee, you’ll play a key role in delivering products and services to our customers while maintaining equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Delivering and servicing local farms with fertilizer, crop protection products and seed.
Communicating effectively with customers while providing a positive experience.
Operating loaders, forklifts, company pickups/semis.
Performing scheduled vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HazMat regulations.
Lifting up to 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks.

Requirements

• Class A CDL required.
• HazMat & Tanker endorsements preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months).
• 1+ years of related experience (agriculture or equipment operation preferred).
• Willingness to learn to operate heavy equipment (application machines, loaders, semi-trucks, trailers).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, mobile apps).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
