About The Position
CCI is currently seeking a full-time Local Class A Driver. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for safely hauling heavy equipment, oversized loads, as well as driving dump trucks and low boys.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience safely hauling heavy equipment, oversized loads, as well as driving dump trucks and low boys
- Legal to work in the United States
- Follow safety and OSHA standards
- Valid driver's license with a class A CDL
- Proof of auto insurance upon hire
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Operating dump trucks
- Hauling heavy machinery
- Driving lowboys to transport equipment to assigned job sites
- Proficient load handling, such as accurately loading and securing equipment, measuring load width and height, and properly tying down all hauled equipment and machinery
- Strict adherence to the permit regulations for oversized loads
