About The Position

This position will perform a variety of truck driving and material handling duties in material control under limited supervision. Provides physical movement of material from stores to production, loads and unload trucks, and documents movements. Responsible for driving multiple types of trucks and forklifts.

Requirements

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Requires a valid Class A CDL license with HAZMAT endorsement and a minimum of one (1) year of directly related experience on CDL required truck driving and material handling.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
• Pass a vision exam and color blind test
• All positions require possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Employees who drive on company business to carry out job-related duties must possess a valid driver’s license for the class of vehicle driven and meet automobile insurability requirements of the company.
• Eligibility for employment for those who do not meet this requirement due to disability will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Driving truck/forklift.
• Drive, maneuver, and park Class A tractor/trailers as well as other assigned vehicles.
• Operate Classes I, III, V and VII forklifts.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintaining accuracy paperwork and record keeping.
• Pulling, storing, locating, labeling and verifying inventory.
