You’ll run steady routes with consistent miles and a schedule you can actually plan your life around. Pay & Bonuses
$0.52 per mile, higher mileage rates available based on experience
$20 per backhaul, stop, or warehouse hour (more with experience)
$11/hour for pre-trip, post-trip, and delay time (rate increases with experience)
Regular pay reviews
Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus
Earn up to $800 per month

Route Details
3–4 nights out per week
Consistent freight
Brokerage runs when needed

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Current DOT medical card
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a Class A vehicle
• Loading and unloading freight securely
• Following assigned routes and GPS directions
• Completing pre- and post-trip inspections
• Maintaining accurate logs and reporting issues
