About The Position
This role supports brand, business, and communication objectives through event development and execution for retail locations. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 Years Retail Management experience in high volume environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Travel Required
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute retail events from planning through post-event evaluation to achieve defined event metrics and strategic alignment
- Lead and coach employees to deliver consistent customer service and meet showroom performance standards
- Develop and maintain social media content and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Conduct community outreach to build local relationships and identify opportunities that support brand awareness and community needs
- Oversee partner retail events, providing onsite management, logistics, and training to drive store traffic and customer excitement
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
