About The Position

Turn 14 Distribution is looking for a driven and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing Truck and Off-Road Sales Team. In this role, you’ll manage a book of new and existing customer accounts while representing our brand and vendor partners with professionalism and energy. Requirements

• Strong understanding of the Truck, Jeep, and Off-Road segment
• At least 1 year of experience in the performance automotive industry
• A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Highly organized and efficient
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Alignment with Turn 14 Distribution’s core values
• Willingness to visit dealers individually or alongside the Outside Sales Team
• Ability to professionally represent Turn 14 Distribution and/or our vendors at industry trade shows

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Act as the front-line representative of Turn 14 Distribution and our distributed brands
• Strategize against and overcome competitive WD sales, pricing, and market challenges
• Leverage advanced sales reporting tools to meet or exceed sales and margin targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support overall company initiatives
• Consistently promote and drive the company’s strategic goals
