ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Support the Operations Manager in daily warehouse tasks, including maintaining par stock and organization of the warehouse. Responsible for answering phones at Tru-D SmartUVC Corporate office. Identify, manage, mitigate and/or escalate service issues to the appropriate support team member. Troubleshoot and complete repairs including software, remotes and devices for the full portfolio Validate tablet repairs and provide support on set up and shipments of Classic tablets. Ensure warehouse is audit ready at all times. Perform end-of-month physical inventory count. Track incoming and outgoing inventory in the ERP. Fulfill parts requests for Tru-D SmartUVC Support Specialist and Regional Sales Managers to include closing out parts request in the system for real-time inventory control. Create and execute invoices for parts requested from customers. Load and unload freight shipments using a forklift and pallet jack. Assist Operations Manager with preparing devices to ship, including remote setup, devices prep and scheduling truck pick-up. Update systems with changes in device configuration. Available for local and regional repairs as needed. PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS Devices and parts are shipped in a timely manner Devices, parts and inventory are recorded accurately QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION : Current Forklift License required REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Apple and Android OS.
