About The Position

Product Manager, AIM XR Triggers The Product Manager for AIM XR Triggers will lead strategy, development, and delivery of activation products leveraging AIM XR data—including triggered email, programmatic activations, CRM field alerts, and emerging multichannel trigger-based use cases. This role combines product management, digital marketing, and customer-facing strategy to expand how AIM XR data is activated across client channels. You will work closely with the AIM XR Product Manager and delivery teams to launch new triggered programs, develop roadmap items for growth, and renew existing clients. You will drive the evolution of programs into multichannel journeys spanning email, social, and programmatic advertising. As the SME for AIM XR Triggers and related products, you will guide adoption across Pharma, Provider, Publisher, and IQVIA business lines.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of product management experience
  • 1+ year experience in digital marketing or product strategy
  • Hands-on experience building and launching digital products; strong understanding of data-driven triggers and activation workflows
  • Experience with CRM, ad tech, email marketing, programmatic media, or cross-channel activation
  • Familiarity with Jira, Workfront, Aha! and modern product development processes
  • Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and advocate for needed resources

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AIM XR trigger-based activations across all channels.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AIM XR trigger products, including roadmap, requirements, and delivery.
  • Develop strategies and campaign journeys to support adoption of triggered programs across multiple verticals.
  • Identify and scope new activation use cases; drive adoption of AIM XR triggered advertising and multichannel triggers.
  • Manage ATE reporting requirements and deliver monthly performance updates for brands.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure successful launches and continuous enhancement.
  • Drive product innovation to support digital, media, and CRM integration for AIM XR triggers.
  • Contribute to the master AIM XR product roadmap and cross-functional planning.
  • Co-create and deliver AIM Triggered Email sales enablement and training materials.
  • Train GTM partners (Sales, Account Management, Operations) on AIM XR Triggered products.
  • Advocate for resources and investments required to scale the trigger-based product portfolio.
