About The Position

Healthie is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our Engagement and Mobile initiatives. You will drive the product strategy for the tools that facilitate provider to patient communication, spanning both manual interactions and automated workflows. This role sits at the intersection of our Engagement and Mobile teams. You will be responsible for defining and executing a roadmap that deepens the relationship between providers and their patients through native mobile experiences, automated care programs, and real-time communication tools. As the Senior Product Manager, Engagement, you will oversee a broad suite of features designed to keep patients active and successful in their care journeys.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, including 2 or more years working on patient engagement platforms, communication tools, or native mobile experiences.
  • You have a proven track record of building tools that facilitate high-volume communication, such as chat, notifications, and automated messaging.
  • You have experience managing native mobile app lifecycles (iOS and Android) and understand the nuances of mobile engagement.
  • You are skilled at translating clinical workflows into automated product experiences like Care Plans and structured Programs.
  • You have a strong track record of using data to inform decisions, particularly metrics related to user retention and session frequency.
  • You are comfortable managing competing priorities across desktop and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Communication Infrastructure: Enhancing manual and automated communication tools, including Chat, Program Notifications, and Client Onboarding flows.
  • Mobile Strategy: Leading the product direction for Healthie’s native mobile applications and wearable integrations to ensure a seamless patient experience on the go.
  • Automation and Adherence: Building scalable Programs and Care Plans that automate provider workflows while improving patient adherence and outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with Engineering, Clinical Product Marketing, and Design to translate clinical needs into high-impact product solutions.
  • Team Integration: Bridging the gap between the Engagement team, focused on Care Plans, Chat, and Programs, and the Mobile team, focused on iOS and Android native apps and Wearables.
