The Tribal Court Bailiff is responsible for maintaining order in the courtroom during a trial or hearing, provides security for all parties, including judges, plaintiffs, defendants, and juries, imposes all courtroom policies, keeps disturbances to a minimum, assist in providing security, executes the judge's orders, and serves legal documents to individuals involved in a court case, including summonses, complaints, subpoenas, and other legal notifications to appear in court. A tribal court bailiff must be highly organizational and observational to trace unusual activities, and adhering to courthouse internal regulations and policies.
