Tribal Career Development (TCD) Team Member
About The Position
The Tribal Career Development Program (TCD) is a professional development program for Seminole Tribal Members. TCD is committed to growing Tribal Team Members with tools to succeed such as hands on training, professional development, and leadership training, and mentoring. This program embodies an attitude and a spirit among all of our Tribal Team Members (TTMs) that calls for excellence and true professionalism at all times relative to the way we undertake all tasks. We must each make a personal commitment to service excellence. TTMs will follow a customized Learning Path developed by the TCD Team and will work closely with each department team members during scheduled shift. Following your Learning Path is imperative to your training and advancement.
Requirements
- Enrolled Member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida
- 18 years of age or older
- Enthusiasm and Engagement
