Trials and Rentals Manager is responsible for making sure that the processes and documents related to this function are followed and maintained. This position coordinates tasks with team members to achieve daily goals set by the Director of Fulfillment and Logistics. Expectations for this position will be set by the Director of Fulfillment and Logistics and the Trials and Rentals Manager will be held accountable for those expectations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ year's related experience
  • Hands-on or formal transportation training
  • Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Coaching and teaming skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teaming skills
  • Familiarity and experience in utilizing databases
  • Internet navigation skills
  • Familiarity with transportation software
  • MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Leadership capabilities and respected by co-workers
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions
  • Detail oriented
  • Manual and finger dexterity
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
  • Light manufacturing environment
  • Moderate noise level

Responsibilities

  • Manages, leads, and coordinates team members tasks to ensure successful attainment of goals
  • Manages and improves quality of the products shipped to customers
  • Manages order flow open orders and pick, pack, and ship products and accessories to customers
  • Manage all tech trainings and complete all training logs
  • Attend leadership trainings
  • Write and deliver performance appraisals
  • Develop and maintain all reporting related to Product Placement and quality for customers
  • Ensures that packages are shipped on a timely basis in good quality and consults with Product Placement Techs when they are not
  • Provides instructions to employees regarding jobs to be completed and the proper method in which to complete them
  • Improve communication between departments
  • Manages and maintains the 5s, Lean Manufacturing standard currently in place
  • Assists with Internal and External Audits
  • Ensure that the procedures and processes are maintained and improved upon for Product Placement
  • Reports on safety issues in the department, productivity and goals
  • Determine the department goals and make sure they are followed
  • Perform various other duties as assigned
  • Mentor and coach team members to strengthen skills, accountability, and overall performance
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes engagement and collaboration
  • Lead by example in demonstrating company values, professionalism, and work ethic
  • Drive team motivation and morale through recognition, feedback, and consistent support
