Job Description Position Highlights Responsible for assisting legal counsel in research activities and preparation of legal documents for trial testimony, offensive litigation testimony, and depositions Partners with legal firms to reach resolutions that are in the best interest of the customer, the company and investors Attends in person any necessary trials, settlement conferences, and depositions Coordinates with relevant departments regarding the necessary information required for trials and depositions Review and maintenance of customer accounts as needed Must travel to different locations for review and testimony at jury/non-jury trials, depositions, and settlement conferences. Travel can be expected as up to 80%

Requirements

  • Typically has a high school diploma
  • Five or more years of related experience
  • Strong foundation in financial and accounting principles

  • Thorough understanding of policy/procedure for the department

Responsibilities

  • Attends in person any necessary trials, settlement conferences, and depositions
  • Coordinates with relevant departments regarding the necessary information required for trials and depositions
  • Review and maintenance of customer accounts as needed
  • Must travel to different locations for review and testimony at jury/non-jury trials, depositions, and settlement conferences.
  • Travel can be expected as up to 80%
