As a TSM at ICON, you will play a vital role in managing the logistics and distribution of clinical trial supplies, ensuring that study sites receive the necessary materials in a timely and efficient manner. You will contribute to the success of our clinical programs by coordinating supply chain activities and supporting the overall execution of trials.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain management, life sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical supply chain management or logistics within a clinical research environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices related to clinical trial supplies.

Responsibilities

• Managing the planning, procurement, and distribution of clinical trial supplies to study sites.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast supply needs and ensure alignment with trial timelines.
• Overseeing inventory management and tracking of clinical supplies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to maintain effective supply chain operations.
• Providing support during audits and inspections related to clinical supply processes.
