The Trial Success team works with the Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to effectively execute our most strategic Enterprise sales pursuits with new or existing customers, addressing end user (supervisors and driver) training, ensuring account configuration, engaging champions, addressing end user questions, and assisting with onsite engagements. The ideal person can speak directly from their experience as a Driver and/or Driver Manager to provide a unique perspective in creating and evangelizing the Driver•i solution. The Trial Success team helps sales identify customer pain points, ensure driver adoption, meet or exceed trial success metrics, and present the Netradyne value benefits and address any technical objections. To realize this, the Trial Success Manager should have a strong desire to utilize their experience as a former driver and/or safety leader, as well as their technical and sales skills to understand the customer’s needs and requirements. This highly creative and skilled role will primarily focus on seeing and presenting tactical user workflows while driving efficiency and best practices to solve customer problems by leveraging the Driver•i solution. The Trial Success Manager should be highly competent in assisting to develop a technical sales strategy and can work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and Technical Support. Experience in leading and converting large scope Enterprise product evaluations (aka Trial, Pilot, Phase 0, etc.) is essential.
