About The Position

A well established California Litigation Law Firm with several offices across the State is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to work with our Trial and Litigation Practice Group. This Practice Group supports very large and complex litigation cases. This position is “on-site” in our Downtown Los Angeles office. Carver. Ms. Carver has worked in the legal field for many years at the capacity of a Litigation Secretary, Paralegal, Office Administrator, Temp, and now owns and operates her third legal staffing firm. Ms. Carver and her staff have worked in law firms and are qualified to place qualified candidates with the employer in need. We are a Legal Staffing firm placing Legal/Litigation Secretaries, Paralegals, Receptionists, Runners, Accounting, Management Positions, and Attorneys, in California and Las Vegas, providing quality service to our clients and candidates. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in California
Have a Bachelor’s Degree
Be a Paralegal and able to bill your hours
Knowledge of the Local Rules of Court and Civil Procedure
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong legal research database skills in either Westlaw or Lexis
Have experience cite checking
Able to handle eDiscovery processes and platforms
Proficient in Office 365 - including Excel, time and billing software, and Adobe
