About The Position

Join our growing Mental Health team as a full time Triage RN and make a meaningful impact on patient care! Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. Requirements

  • Active unencumbered Washington RN license
  • Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required
  • Current AHA Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required
  • Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred
  • Must have excellent attendance!
  • Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • phone triage
  • confirm patients meet criteria for psychiatric evaluation and care based on established guidelines/previous assessments
  • identify patients requiring external therapy/resources and connect with appropriate community services/alternative options
  • scheduling with psychiatrists
  • advocate for patient’s well-being

  • Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
