Job Summary: Triage is responsible for sorting incoming documents and routing to appropriate folders, contacting facilities for clarifications, and handling inbound service calls. Technicians must be responsive and courteous when addressing our customers' needs while on the phone. Successful Triage staff are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; understanding customer information and using it to improve the products and services we deliver.
