Triage Nurse

Requirements
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Ohio Board of Nursing in good standing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- 5+ years of relevant experience (oncology or acute care preferred)

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison across all disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Multi-task between patient calls, provider messages, and other related duties
- Acknowledge and perform provider orders in alignment with clinical standards
- Implement and manage individualized care plans; assess, document, and report patient conditions in accordance with established protocols
