Located at 29 Elm Street South Deerfield, MA 01373, with 20 years of established service, South Deerfield Family Medicine provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages in southern Franklin County. Since opening in 2009, Sugarloaf Pediatrics has provided compassionate, expert care for children in a warm and welcoming environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, expert primary care for adults and children in South Deerfield and surrounding communities through the centralization of these two practices. We are seeking a 40-hour, full-time Phone Triage RN to support our practice onsite Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. Job Summary Summary Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment. Requirements

• Associate's Degree Nursing required
• Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required
• Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Various Issuers preferred
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
• Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
