Our Pease Family Medicine practice provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including physical exams, routine screenings, and preventive services aimed at identifying and managing health risks early. The team diagnoses and treats both acute and chronic conditions while promoting overall health, disease prevention, and long-term well-being. In addition to traditional primary care visits, the practice offers same-day sick appointments. Providers work autonomously at the top of their license within a collaborative, team-based environment. We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine team at 67 Corporate Drive in Portsmouth, NH. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The schedule includes 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of administrative time. Providers typically see patients in the office four days per week, with one administrative day that can be completed remotely. This provider will manage a panel of approximately 1,200 patients. Job Summary The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a licensed provider. The NP is responsible for assessing and managing various patient populations, including those with medical and/or surgical conditions, as well as providing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, developing appropriate plans of care, and conducting ongoing evaluations.
