You will find a community of professionals who support each other—and our clients—with compassion and respect. Position Summary Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Triage Clinicians. Review complex cases and support staff in level-of-care determinations. Ensure accurate and timely authorization and documentation processes. Monitor quality, compliance, and adherence to clinical standards. Participate in utilization review, discharge planning, and system coordination. Serve as escalation point for urgent or high risk clincial situations. Manage coverage needs to address 24-hoiur responsibilities. Manage workflow, staffing coverage, and operational priorities. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support. Collaborate with providers, community partners, and leadership. Participate in committees, quality improvement initiatives, and program planning. Support crisis coverage and triage functions as needed. Maintain required documentation and reporting responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychiatric nursing, or related behavioral health field.
  • Independent professional licensure required.
  • Extensive experience in behavioral health assessment and service coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience in clincial supervision or leadership.
  • Knowledge of public mental health and substance use systems.
