KnitWell Group – 2026 Summer Internship Program Concept,Trend, Print & Pattern Intern - Ann Taylor This internship supports both the Concept & Trend teams and the CAD, Print & Color teams, offering hands-on exposure to the creative development process from inspiration through execution. The intern will assist with research, visual development, and design support across multiple disciplines.
Requirements
- Curiosity & eagerness to learn
- Enrolled in an accredited degree program
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong eye for trend
- Junior or senior (Class of 2026 and 2027)
- Resume and portfolio (portfolios only needed for Design Applications)
- Available June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026

Responsibilities
- Support concept and trend research through market analysis, inspiration boards, presentation materials, and archival research to inform seasonal direction and storytelling
- Assist CAD, Print, and Color teams with artwork organization, color updates, and basic CAD or print adjustments
- Help maintain design assets, samples, and files while collaborating with cross‑functional creative partners
