As a Full Time Tree and Shrub Technician you will be responsible for:

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a team

Responsibilities

• Applying fertilizer, pesticides, core aeration
• PHC and diagnostics
• Providing written & verbal quotes to prospects / current customers
• Soil care
• Maintaining and operating equipment & vehicles
• Tree and shrub trimming and pruning
• Completing daily mileage logs
• Communicating issues and opportunities to the Manager
• Client education and reporting
• Inventory Control
• Generating new sales on your route
