OrangeTwist is seeking a talented, soon-to-be or entry-level licensed Esthetician / Treatment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role position, you will manage front desk and administrative responsibilities while receiving hands-on training in our esthetic treatments, preparing you to grow into esthetician role over time. You will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience with exceptional customer service. Location: 1695 29th St, Boulder, CO 80301 Schedule: 2-3 shifts a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month Compensation: $16+/Hourly (Based on years of experience) with incentive

Requirements

  • Currently in esthetics program
  • Certificate of Completion of an esthetics program
  • State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology
  • Current, unrestricted esthetician license to practice in the state
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales

Nice To Haves

  • Valid Laser Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the center team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Work with the team to develop and execute action plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the center sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
  • Greet all visitors with a friendly attitude, complete check-in process and connect them with the appropriate OrangeTwist team member
  • Answer phones and center email in a courteous and professional and timely manner; takes messages, answer questions, schedule appointments, or direct call as needed
  • Up-sell products and services to clients and process payments
  • Receive and sort daily mail; prepares and forwards outgoing mail and packages
  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, organizing and maintain file system, files correspondence and other records
  • Partner with Center Management to order and maintains supplies and keep reception area organized and clean
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of Zenoti, OrangeTwist membership, & rewards and financial programs.
  • Knowledge of OrangeTwist treatments and procedures.
  • Undergo hands-on training in OrangeTwist’s treatment protocols and skincare services
