About The Position

Busy, privately owned dental office, is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Treatment Sales Coordinator. Our company features 12 locations with huge opportunities for internal growth. The ideal candidate will have a lot of experience in treatment sales. About Our Practice We are a well-established, growth-focused dental practice seeking a results-driven Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced dental professional who is confident in case presentation, excels at driving treatment acceptance, and is motivated by measurable results. Position Overview The Results-Driven Treatment Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of our practice by converting diagnosed treatment into scheduled care. This position requires strong communication skills, financial confidence, and the ability to guide patients toward timely treatment decisions while maintaining an exceptional patient experience. This is also a travel position. You mainly work 4 days a week (40 hours), while out with the traveling team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experienc e as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
  • Proven track record of strong treatment acceptance and results
  • Solid understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and workflows
  • Experience with PPO and HMO insurance plans
  • Confidence discussing finances and closing treatment plans
  • Highly organized, motivated, and performance-oriented
  • Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix)
  • Professional, patient-focused, and team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced in a production-driven or multi-dental practice
  • Familiarity with CareCredit, or other financing platforms
  • Experience tracking KPIs such as case acceptance and production
  • Leadership or mentoring experience within a dental office

Responsibilities

  • Present comprehensive dental treatment plans clearly, confidently, and persuasively
  • Drive treatment acceptance and follow through on unscheduled treatment
  • Review insurance benefits, pre-authorizations, and patient financial responsibility
  • Discuss financial arrangements, payment plans, and third-party financing options
  • Coordinate and schedule treatment efficiently to support production goals
  • Track treatment acceptance metrics and follow up with patients consistently
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure accurate case presentation
  • Address patient concerns and objections with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate documentation within dental software systems
  • Actively contributes to practice growth and operational success
