About The Position

Our office, Fairfield County Implants & Periodontics, is seeking a personable and kind-hearted Patient Care Coordinators to join our team! We have a beautiful modern office, a wonderful patient population, and an enthusiastic team dedicated to quality care. To learn more about our practice, please visit www.sonickdmd.com As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from the initial consultation to treatment completion. Your primary responsibilities will include effectively communicating treatment plans, coordinating appointments, assisting patients with financial arrangements, and ensuring a positive and stress-free experience for our valued patients. As one of the essential members of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed. Requirements

  • Must live within 25 miles of the office.
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Team player

  • A high school diploma

Nice To Haves

  • Dental experience is not required, but it is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling patients, confirming appointments, collecting payments, providing a WOW experience for our patients
  • Completing treatment consents, coordinating patient treatment with other providers
  • Answering heavy phone volume, emails, and text messages
  • Regular clerical duties: scanning, filing, organizing
