About The Position

Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team! Requirements

  • Current California LVN license in good standing
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and compassionate bedside manner
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality resident care

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in wound care/treatments in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled wound and skin care treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
  • Perform wound assessments and accurately document progress and changes
  • Communicate treatment updates with the care team, providers, and families as needed
  • Assist with care planning and ensure proper implementation of wound prevention strategies
  • Support infection control standards and monitor for signs/symptoms of infection
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote best outcomes
  • Ensure accurate and timely treatment documentation in the medical record
