About The Position
TREATMENT NURSE Full Time Position Every other weekend requirement Wiley Preschool FREE for Full Time Staff Wiley Mission has earned the reputation for quality of care, courtesy and professionalism. Our nursing team is growing as we increase our staff to include a Treatment Nurse for our Long-term care unit and our Subacute unit. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current registration as nurse in the state of New Jersey
- CPR/AED certification required
- Experience in a Hospital, Long-term care, Subacute or Rehabilitation preferred
- Previous experience with geriatric residents desirable
Responsibilities
- Administration of wound care as prescribed
- Has knowledge of resident status and communicates effectively as appropriate
- Evaluates residents needs, condition and care, and reports to Charge Nurse
- Maintains documentation of treatment provided
- Performs weekly wound rounds with practitioner
- Performs skin assessments weekly and upon admission
