About The Position

As Unit Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the nursing unit, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to uphold the highest level of resident care.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed in the state
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of long-term care regulations and clinical standards
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or a related healthcare environment required
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
