About The Position

Looking for a career that makes you smile? TDR Orthodontics seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsible for educating new patients regarding available treatment options, working out financial arrangements, and cultivating strong relationships. How you'll make us better: Present orthodontic treatment plans, educate the patient on the plan of treatment and overcome objections Understand the practice's policy on working with financials to educate patients on their payment options Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment Preparation for patient exams Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment and keep schedules full Coordinate patients referred to specialists for care prior to treatment as necessary Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events Your special skills: We're proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness. Requirements
