About The Position

Are you a "Closer" who loves making people smile? At Elite Orthodontics , we don't just straighten teeth; we change lives. We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and sophisticated Treatment Coordinator to be the face of our practice. This is not a "receptionist" or "clerical" position. This is a consultative sales role designed for someone who thrives on building rapport, overcoming objections, and helping patients say "YES" to life-changing orthodontic care. What You’ll Do: Lead the Consultation: You are the first person a prospective patient meets. You’ll guide them through their exam, explain treatment plans, and build value in our "Elite" standard of care. Close the Deal: You will present financial options and handle the "contract" phase. Your goal is to ensure patients leave their first appointment excited and committed to starting treatment. Follow-Up: Manage a pipeline of pending starts, reaching out to families to answer questions and clear hurdles to treatment. Market the Practice: Act as a brand ambassador, helping to grow our local presence and patient base. Who You Are: A Sales Professional: You have 2+ years of experience in consultative sales (real estate, luxury retail, membership sales, or high-end medical/dental). A Relationship Builder: You can read a room and connect with both a nervous 10-year-old and a detail-oriented parent within minutes. Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by numbers, conversion rates, and the satisfaction of hitting growth targets. Articulate & Polished: You represent the "Elite" brand in every interaction.
