This is a unique, patient-facing role that blends sales, customer service, administration, and education. The ideal candidate is confident discussing treatment plans and finances, highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by teamwork.

Requirements

• Customer service experience required; sales experience strongly preferred
• Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Comfort presenting treatment plans and handling financial conversations
• Strong computer skills and keyboarding ability
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under pressure
• Professional appearance with a fun, engaging personality (we love energy!)
• Willingness to learn dental and orthodontic terminology (training includes at-home study)
• Comfortable working with pediatric patients and families

Responsibilities

• Guide patients and families through the new patient experience from initial consultation to case completion
• Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Discuss financial options, create contracts, and manage required paperwork
• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Perform administrative duties, including phone management, patient correspondence, mail preparation, and data entry
• Understand the basics of insurance benefits and payment processes
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail while following established office procedures
