About The Position
The Treatment Coordinator is the bridge between clinical diagnosis and patient commitment — part educator, part financial strategist, and part patient concierge. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their treatment journey.
Requirements

- 1–2 years Required Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Dental knowledge and/or coronal polishing or X‑ray certification is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Guide patients through treatment recommendations after their exam
- Break down clinical information into clear, approachable explanations
- Present accurate financial estimates , explain insurance coverage, and set up payment plans
- Collaborate with the insurance coordinator to verify benefits & obtain pre‑authorizations
- Follow up on outstanding treatment plans to keep schedules full and patients on track
- Assist with general front office responsibilities , including patient scheduling, coordinating appointments, and supporting smooth daily operations as needed
- Serve as the go‑to patient advocate , answering questions and supporting their experience
