About The Position

We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to assist our office with excellent organizational and administrative skills. We are looking to hire a Treatment Coordinator that is compassionate and discrete with superb time management and record-keeping skills. The Treatment Coordinator should have a minimum of 3-years of experience in a Dental or Medical office setting. To ensure success, front office treatment coordinators should be confident and professional administrators with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills that will contribute to the efficient day-to-day administration of the healthcare facility. Top candidates will work comfortably under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and can effectively react to patient emergencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-years of experience in a Dental or Medical office setting
  • Math skills (addition, subtraction, and percentages)
  • Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Adaptable to change- in healthcare things can change almost daily.
  • Able to work independently and with a team.
  • Flexible, dependable, and passionate about healthcare excellence
  • Team player with excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to commute to multiple local office locations.
  • Physical requirements include driving, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Present treatment using insurance benefits.
  • Schedule appointments for multiple doctors and locations
  • Collect payment for procedures
  • Scheduling appointments and answer multi-line phones
  • Gather patient information needed for appointments and from referring doctors.
  • Prepare patient charts
  • Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
  • Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
  • Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff, and patient information.
  • Check emails and voicemails daily.
  • Restocking and light cleaning of the reception area and restroom.
