Requirements

Detail-oriented multitasker with excellent organizational skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
Comfort with clerical tasks (filing, recordkeeping, data entry)

Nice To Haves

Prior dental, medical, or administrative experience preferred
Sales or customer service background helpful—we’re happy to train the right person

Responsibilities

Confidently present and review comprehensive treatment plans, answering questions with clarity and compassion
Manage scheduling and phone communications with professionalism and warmth
Process payments, post transactions, and assist patients with financing options
Track case acceptance, payments, and prepare daily and weekly reports
Follow up with patients who haven’t scheduled treatment—because every smile matters!
Support office operations through referrals, data entry, and maintaining organized, accurate records
