Requirements

• A people magnet with a contagious smile and great energy.
• Excellent communication skills (both in person and on the phone).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be willing to travel to another local office one day per week

Nice To Haves

• Software experience in Ortho Edge 2 is highly preferred
• Previous orthodontic or dental experience is a plus (but not required, we can train the right superstar!).

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression and friendly face that welcomes our new patients.
• Work side by side with our doctors to guide patients through their orthodontic journey.
• Present treatment plans with confidence, your job is to help patients say YES!
• Overcome objections with positivity, empathy, and a little charm.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
• Follow up with pending and observation patients, no smile left behind!
• Keep everything organized and running smoothly with top-notch communication and follow-through.
