Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Higher education preferred)
- Tech-Savvy - Proficient with modern office software
- Multitasking - Juggle tasks with finesse under pressure
- Customer Service - Commitment to excellence
Nice To Haves
- Have experience in a medical or dental office (preferred)
- Have worked as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong communication and patient‑education skills
- Understanding of dental terminology and insurance basics
- Compassionate, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love working with children and families!
Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans in patient-friendly language
- Review insurance estimates and discuss payment options
- Build trust with patients and guide them through treatment decisions
- Coordinate multi-step treatment plans
- Track pending treatment and follow up with patients
- Support the clinical team by ensuring accurate documentation and communication
