Requirements

  • Exceptionally personable, confident, and warm in patient interactions
  • A strong communicator who can explain complex information in a clear, friendly way
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
  • Proficient with computers, tablets, and practice management software

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced in dental or orthodontic settings (preferred, but not required)
  • Able to build trust and rapport with patients and families of all ages

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming new patients and families and creating a positive first impression
  • Conducting new patient consultations and assisting with orthodontic evaluations
  • Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Reviewing financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options
  • Coordinating treatment start dates and scheduling appointments
  • Answering patient questions and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Documenting treatment plans and consultation details accurately
  • Collaborating closely with doctors, assistants, and front office team members
  • Supporting patient education and motivation throughout treatment
  • Assisting with practice promotion and patient follow-up as needed
  • Miscellaneous administrative and coordination duties as needed
