About The Position

Are you a confident communicator who loves helping patients say yes to the care they need? Mor Smiles is growing, and we’re looking for a high-energy, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. If you excel at building trust, presenting treatment clearly, and guiding patients from consultation to completion , this is the role for you. What You’ll Do Welcome new and existing patients and create a warm, supportive experience. Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, including financial options, insurance benefits, and third-party financing. Guide patients through implant, cosmetic, and general dentistry treatment pathways. Own the follow-up process: scheduling, phone calls, text follow-ups, and keeping cases moving forward. Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience from start to finish. Track and report case acceptance metrics (training provided). Requirements

  • 1+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience (required)
  • Strong communication and case presentation skills
  • Comfort discussing finances with patients
  • Understanding of dental insurance basics and financing options
  • Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, positive environment
