Treatment Care Coordinator
About The Position

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will concentrate on creating premium and stress-free experiences for our cherished guests and your team. Responsibilities include reserving patient appointments, reviewing advanced treatment plans and presenting financial options. You will also oversee consents being signed, rides being coordinated and prepping thoroughly for what is on the schedule. Open Dental experience is a PLUS!.
Requirements
- 2 Years dental experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an all-digital, electronic environment
Nice To Haves
- Open Dental experience preferred, but not required
- Experience and comprehension of dental insurance preferred
Responsibilities
- Reserving patient appointments
- Reviewing advanced treatment plans and presenting financial options
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate with the dental team regarding patient care and treatment plans.
- Address patient concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
