The Treasury Solutions Sales Associate Team Leader will assist in hiring, developing, training and managing the Treasury Solution Associates. They will also be assigned projects as needed to support different initiatives within Treasury or across lines of business. Role is aligned with Commercial Real Estate and Home Builder Community Finance. This opportunity is a stepping-stone into leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or similar degree) required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of treasury management in banking or other financial sales/consultant experience required
  • Treasury Solutions Associate experience required
  • Excellent relationship management skills – experience of managing relationships across a variety of internal cross functional departments and senior leadership and externally with vendors and clients required
  • Proven negotiation and active listening skills required
  • Strong oral presentation and written communication skills required
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills required
  • Self-sufficient in driving and executing on deliverables
  • Passion for growing and developing others
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports, correspondence, and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • The Treasury Solutions Sales Associate Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Treasury Solutions Associates supporting TMO’s and effectively coaching, guiding, and developing their skillset and career growth.
  • Demonstrates market expertise to assist in creating and enabling the intentional support, implementation, adjustment, and execution of the business plan across the enterprise.
  • In partnership with the Treasury Solutions TSA Group Manager will demonstrate strong aptitude and previous/current expertise in hiring, management, goal monitoring and management reporting to direct and operating committee level management.
  • Demonstrates strong business and market expertise and can conduct productive conversations confidently and effectively both internally and externally.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and execute on those opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the bank.
  • Partner effectively with peers to ensure proper support is being provided and leveraged.
  • Leverage reporting to assist in effectively managing the TSA’s tasks and expectations.
  • Solicit feedback from internal TS parties on performance and coach accordingly.
