Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required with some college work preferred.
  • Prefer 2 years’ experience with Treasury Management products and services.
  • 3 years’ work experience in the financial services industry.
  • 2 years customer contact experience with both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Creates, prepares, processes account and treasury product opening documents for new customers.
  • Identify cross sell opportunities within Commercial Banking, Treasury, and the bank’s other lines of business.
  • Provide accurate information to establish and edit products and services on back-end systems.
  • Responsible for onboarding and training new Treasury clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal departments during the implementation process.
  • Communicate effectively will all levels of external customers and internal partners.
  • Follow up with client to ensure proper installation of products and services, taking responsibility to answer questions and make recommendations.
  • Assist in gathering information and coordinating proposal responses to lender/prospect.
  • Provide customer training/demos for Treasury products and services via Teams.
  • Provide service support to all Treasury and Commercial clients, assist questions and provide efficient resolution.
  • Respond, track and communicate on unique customer needs and situations to affect a positive outcome when presented with challenges.
  • Prepare and update various tracking reports as needed.
  • Perform Annual Audit questionnaires with customers by phone and assist with preparation of annual reviews.
  • Assist with accurate pipelining and forecasting.
  • Understand and communicate the Treasury sales culture and vision with internal teams via preparation and execution of monthly training for referring departments.
  • Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics, Anti Money laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, suspicious activity reporting requirements, and follow all policies and procedures.
